We are a growing HVAC Company, looking to bring on an Senior Estimator. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 5+ years of HVAC estimating experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Responsible for estimating, purchasing, submittal review and job coordination.
- Accurately estimate plans & specifications to design/build HVAC systems using computer estimating systems and other related software
- Experience in obtaining and evaluating material, direct labor, manufacture equipment pricing and subcontractor quotes.
- Evaluate plans & specifications, and have the ability to identify discrepancies and have an understanding of how to address them accordingly
Requirements:
- 5+years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel locally as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
The annual salary for this position is between 140k-180k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
