We are a growing Mechanical Contractor, looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager. Specifically, we are looking for someone with HVAC, Mechanical experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from design to completion by communicating with and assisting technicians daily
- Tracks and controls project schedule and costs to make sure projects are completed on-time and within budget.
- Negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contracts
- Complete site evaluations at the end of each project to ensure project is completed to standard
- Create proposals to install new or replacement; upgrade HVAC systems.
- Prepare and submit weekly status updates on the progress of the project
Requirements:
- 1+years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services
- Prior experience having been responsible for project financials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel locally as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
The annual salary for this position is between 80k-100k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
