Key Responsibilities
- Consult with homeowners about their in-home comfort needs, offering expert guidance with professionalism and confidence
- Present tailored HVAC solutions that align with customer preferences, budget, and home specs
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners and business clients across Central Ohio
- Collaborate with our internal teams (logistics, technicians, support staff) to ensure a smooth, five-star experience for every customer
- Maintain deep knowledge of Apex products, services, and promotions
- Close deals, follow through, and deliver results while keeping the customer's needs first
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Prior HVAC or home services sales experience preferred
- Strong communicator with a consultative, customer-centered approach
- Technically minded able to explain HVAC systems and energy efficiency concepts in simple terms
- Self-motivated and organized skilled at managing leads, appointments, and follow-ups
- Experience using CRM systems and mobile sales tools
- Positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
