Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support a team of Sales Managers in the Western U.S., focusing on Central U.S regions, especially Texas, for thought leadership.
• Manage senior-level relationships with Distribution partners to create mutually beneficial
strategies.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet annual targets and market shares, while
monitoring sales activity and adherence to corporate processes.
• Build a high-performing team for key account acquisition, engaging directly with high-
potential customers.
• Oversee forecasting, territory planning, performance reviews, and serve as the primary
escalation point for regional issues.
• Identify new sales channels, develop strategic alliances, provide market intelligence, and
collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
Qualifications
• 12+ years of sales leadership experience in HVAC, IAQ, or building technology industries
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong business acumen with experience in consultative and solution-based selling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus
