Edison Smart are actively looking to hire several Senior HVAC Project Managers to support a growing MEP firm across Dallas / DFW.
As the Senior HVAC Project Manager, you’ll oversee all phases of HVAC installation and construction projects — from estimating and scheduling to subcontractor coordination and client communication. You’ll ensure that every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple HVAC construction projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and field teams.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Prepare and review change orders, submittals, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
- Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC or mechanical construction project management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and construction processes.
- Proven track record managing commercial or industrial HVAC projects.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
