As they continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Service Division General Manager — this is a critical role shaping the future of the service operations and customer experience.
The Opportunity
As the Service Division General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of HVAC service operations, including emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, quoted work, and customer support. You’ll lead a team of 35–40 professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery, technical excellence, and strong client relationships.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development, operational efficiency, and profitability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop service team members to deliver top-tier customer experiences.
- Oversee daily service operations — from scheduling and dispatch to repairs and maintenance.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring responsiveness, communication, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with estimating, dispatch, and field supervision teams to optimize workflow.
- Analyze sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and service processes.
- Ensure departmental profitability and operational goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Support hiring, training, and performance management across the service division.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of progressive HVAC service management experience, including leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills — capable of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex service operations while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling or project management systems.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
