Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Tampa branch. This role goes beyond service management—it's about leading people, optimizing processes, and driving business results. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with HVAC industry experience, a proven track record in operations, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations, including service, installation, sales, and customer support.
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow revenue and market share in the Tampa region.
- Oversee workforce management: recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and safety standards across all departments.
- Monitor financial performance (P&L, budgets, forecasts) and implement strategies for profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-first service.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience in the HVAC, construction, or related trades.
- Strong understanding of service operations, scheduling, and customer relations.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and KPIs effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a growth-focused mindset.
