Royalaire Mechanical is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Manager to lead our service operations out of our Oldsmar office. This key leadership position is responsible for managing a team of 8 skilled service technicians who cover the greater Tampa Bay area!

What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 8 service technicians
- Ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and workflow to maximize efficiency
- Manage approximately $1 million in annual service revenue, with a focus on growth
- Interact directly with customers, vendors, and team members
- Maintain accurate records and reporting through service software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated service issues and day-to-day challenges
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry (service experience preferred)
- Prior management or supervisory experience in a service-based business is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with technology, including service management software and mobile tools
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and reliability
