We are looking for an Install Quality Manager to take ownership of installation quality across the board.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed HVAC pro with 10+ years in the trade who knows how to spot a problem before it becomes a callback — and knows exactly how to fix it
What you'll own:
- Quality control on every install: office/on-call coverage in Dallas
- The go-to resource for Project Managers on escalated technical questions — the "how" and the "what now"
- Building and maintaining the team's HVAC (and plumbing-adjacent) knowledge bank
- Managing inspectors, including virtual inspectors, to keep quality consistent across every job
What you bring:
- Active HVAC license (required)
- Working plumbing knowledge — license not required, but you know your way around a system
- 10+ years of real, in-field HVAC experience
- Sharp organizational and people-management skills — you keep things running, not just yourself
