We’re seeking dependable and experienced HVAC technicians to join our client's growing team. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing HVAC issues and conducting regular servicing to ensure peak performance.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Inspect and maintain HVAC systems and components
- Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with clients to explain issues and provide recommendations
- Handle emergency calls and perform on-call duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and tools
- Proficiency in reading schematics and manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- HVAC certification or diploma from a technical school
- EPA Section 608 Certification required
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation or repair
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
