Title: Commercial Director - HVAC Distribution
Location: Nebraska (On-Site). Relocation assistance provided.
Package: $140,000 to $150,000 Basic Salary + 30% Bonus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and margin improvement across regional wholesale channels.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales leaders to achieve performance targets and foster a high-performance culture.
- Build and strengthen key customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, provide business intelligence, and remove operational barriers through cross-functional collaboration.
- Deliver consistent communication and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Must have sales leadership experience in HVAC/R or building products distribution in a senior leadership role.
- Prior experience in a Branch Manager or related position.
- Willingness to travel for market and customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
