Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled
HVAC Installer responsible for installing heating and cooling systems in
residential and commercial projects. The position involves working on
new construction and existing buildings, ensuring systems operate efficiently and meet quality standards. The installer will maintain accurate documentation, work independently, and follow safety procedures while using tools, materials, and equipment responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in various settings
- Perform system upgrades and ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
- Read blueprints and understand construction practices
- Maintain detailed job documentation
- Work independently and demonstrate professionalism
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years HVAC installation experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
