BROAD Chiller Sales Manager

- Absorption Chiller / Heat Pump

- Fresh Air ERV: Flited Fresh Air Energy Recovery Ventilation System
Responsibilities:
- Market development for the above BROAD product lines in the New York Tri-State Region or other assigned U.S. territories
- Achieve assigned sales revenue targets and growth objectives
- Develop, manage and maintain a strong book of business and active project sales pipeline
- Develop, manage and train regional channel partners and representatives
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals through close consultation with customer requirements and site conditions
- Gather, analyze, and apply competitive intelligence to strengthen market positioning and win strategies
- Track performance metrics with a result- oriented approach to ensure target achievement
- Providing timely, clear, and actionable feedback to Company management on business opportunities, competitive threats, and customer issues.
- Ability to travel with customers or coordinate with HQ colleagues for Factory Acceptance Tests when needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC sales experience with proven track record of revenue achievement
- Mechanical Engineering or other technical discipline
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC/R mechanical, electrical, and piping specifications, drawings, and project designs to determine job scope of work requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and disciplined performance tracking
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently as required by projects
