Responsibilities include leading the installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and IAQ products, interpreting blueprints and plans, and maintaining safety standards.
Must have 3-5+ years of HVAC install experience, EPA certification, strong leadership skills, and the ability to read technical documents. Excellent communication, customer service, and physical ability to lift 50+ lbs are essential.
