Job Description
Twin Farms is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to join our Engineering and Maintenance team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting HVAC systems across our luxury resort property to ensure a safe, comfortable, and exceptional environment for our guests and team members.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, service-minded, and comfortable working in a high-end hospitality environment where attention to detail and timely response are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems throughout the property
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, including air handlers, boilers, chillers, heat pumps, thermostats, ventilation systems, and related components
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guestroom comfort concerns
- Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Monitor system performance and report larger repair needs or replacement recommendations to management
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, repairs, and parts used
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed, including light plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building repairs
- Follow all safety procedures, property standards, and applicable codes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Housekeeping, Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other departments to support smooth property operations
- Provide professional, discreet, and courteous service when working in guest-facing areas
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC maintenance or technician experience required
- Hospitality, resort, or luxury property experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a guest-service mindset
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts as business needs require
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and reach for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely

Compensation: $30.00–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.
