Responsibilities
Langendorf Supply is hiring an Estimator to support our commercial HVAC sales and project teams. The Estimator will review plans and project information, prepare accurate estimates and proposals, and work closely with internal departments and customers to ensure timely, competitive pricing. This is an
on-site only position and requires a
minimum of 2 years of experience. It is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and proposal materials.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal team members as needed.
- Identify scope details and potential cost impacts.
- Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation.
- Support sales and project teams throughout the bidding process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of estimating experience required, ideally in HVAC, construction, or related industries.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
