About This Role
The basic function of the
HVAC Sales Representative is to educate customers and assist them in making their residential and commercial HVAC equipment purchases.
Compensation
Draw 1st year is $1,200 weekly paid bi-weekly, commission paid monthly. Total commission minus draw equals payout. Compensation is draw versus commission.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ HVAC needs, providing expert guidance on system upgrades and installations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their comfort requirements and offer tailored solutions that align with their preferences and budgets.
- Generate comprehensive proposals and quotes, clearly articulating the benefits and features of recommended HVAC systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and technologies to ensure informed consultations.
- Understand the available financing options available and effectively be able to clearly communicate these to our customers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate closely with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
What You Need To Succeed
- Proven experience in sales, consultation, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and convey technical information clearly to clients
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
