Mechanical Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Centers

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing team delivering some of the largest and most complex hyperscale data center projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This is an opportunity to lead fast-paced, mission-critical projects while working alongside some of the industry's most respected construction professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
- Oversee installation and coordination of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and process systems.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and manpower forecasts.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate closely with owners, design teams, and trade partners in a highly collaborative environment.
- Monitor project financial performance, change management, risk mitigation, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience managing large mechanical construction projects.
- Proven experience with HVAC, plumbing, piping, and process package installations.
- Data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or advanced technology project experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems coordination, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and project controls.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
