Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager required to join a global leader in building automation and energy management solutions for commercial and industrial buildings.
The successful Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager will work under the direction of the Sales Director and in collaboration with the sales team to develop the growth of sales channels with all consultants in Texas.
The ideal Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager will have the ability to communicate clearly with consulting engineers and end users. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and property stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams, including support, service, and management, to drive business growth.
- Represent and raise awareness of the company’s solutions within engineering and architectural networks.
- Engage in professional associations and attend industry events to strengthen presence.
- Assist with project coordination and management tasks as needed.
- Develop cost estimates and prepare detailed proposals.
- Track and manage leads and opportunities accurately using the CRM system.
Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Requirements:
- Must currently reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with in-depth knowledge of the local market; existing connections with contractors, consultants, and developers are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or comparable professional experience.
- At least five years of experience in HVAC or building automation sales management.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, collaborating closely with engineers and architects.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Broad experience across all stages of the construction process, including work with designers, manufacturers, engineering firms, and contractors.
- Background with manufacturers of technically advanced control systems sold through multiple distribution channels.
