Job Summary

We are seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our HVAC parts team in Lubbock, TX. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, identifying HVAC replacement parts, and supporting day-to-day branch operations.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience working with HVAC equipment, parts, or wholesale distribution.

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers and contractors with HVAC parts inquiries
Process sales orders, quotes, and customer transactions
Identify and source HVAC replacement parts and equipment
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment
Receive and organize incoming shipments
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to fulfill orders
Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area

Qualifications

Previous customer service, parts sales, or HVAC industry experience preferred
Knowledge of HVAC equipment, components, and replacement parts is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
