What You Will Be Doing
- We are seeking an In Home Sales / Comfort Consultant with a high level of integrity, honesty, and a true appreciation for working with our customers to build long-term successful client relationships
- This person will be meeting directly with our customers in their homes and professionally advising homeowners of the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solutions to fit their needs
- After the sales is closed, you will be a part of the physical installation of the replacement equipment
- Answering customer questions about newly installed equipment and insuring customer knows how to operate equipment
- Support from our dispatcher and a crew that's got your back
- Hands-on training on sales process and equipment
What We Are Looking For
- Over 2 years of experience in consultative sales, with a strong ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
- In-home sales experience in HVAC or a related industry preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, and follow-up skills
- Highly goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficient in using company-provided technology and digital tools
- Comfortable working in environments where HVAC systems are located, including attics and crawlspaces
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
