HVAC Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in both mechanical and construction aspects of HVAC, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into new building projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, particularly in commercial settings.
- Strong mechanical skills and understanding of HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
