Position: HVAC Maintenance Project Sales
Locations: Phoenix, AZ (85226)
Pay: Base $80k-$90k, OTE 1st year: $150k-$160k, OTE 2nd year: $200k+
Summary: Results-driven HVAC Project Sales Representative responsible for generating revenue by identifying opportunities, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and providing customized commercial HVAC solutions—while coordinating with operations, suppliers, and project managers to meet customer needs and installation timelines.
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- 3-5+ years of sales experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Qualify prospects and opportunities within assigned accounts, deliver impactful sales presentations, and respond to questions or objections promptly and professionally.
- Evaluate commercial HVAC systems, diagnoses issues, provides tailored recommendations, and apply company pricing policies effectively.
- Oversee quotes from initiation to closing, driving successful sales conversions.
- Identify, develop, and close HVAC retrofit, upgrade, and complex project opportunities
- Conduct site surveys, assess system performance, and recommend solutions
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals, including ROI and lifecycle cost analysis
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and account management
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution
