Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for an HVAC Service Sales Executive. The role involves developing and nurturing customer relationships, promoting HVAC products and services, and creating tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining a strong understanding of HVAC systems and services, providing exceptional customer service, and generating both new and repeat business through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities to offer HVAC service relative equipment repairs, refurbishment or upgrades based on Life Cycle Cost Analysis and Energy Savings
- Partner with Sales and Operations to forecast demand and align with business goals.
- Conduct field visits to engage with customers, understand needs, and improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Engineering or Associate degree with 10+ years of outside sales in the in the HVAC Service industry. ( A MUST)
- Living in the west coast of the state of Florida
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and Retrofits.
- Sales, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively manage prospective and existing client needs.
- Proven success in selling coil replacements, and retrofit projects including Cooling Tower refurbishments.
- Established relationships with mechanical contractors, developers, and property managers.
- Skilled in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC systems, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and plumbing.
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in preventive maintenance practices and offering solutions to meet customer requirements.
