The Opportunity:
We are seeking a top-tier Outside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who is:
• Highly motivated and competitive
• Confident in both residential and commercial sales
• Comfortable generating their own opportunities (door knocking, networking, relationship building)
• Looking to grow into a leadership role as the company scales
This is not a "sit back and wait for leads" position - this is for someone who wants to build, close, and dominate their market.
What You'll Do
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outbound efforts
• Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
• Build and maintain relationships with GCs, builders, and developers
• Present and sell HVAC systems, upgrades, and service agreements
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to close deals
• Manage your pipeline and consistently hit (and exceed) sales targets
Compensation & Perks:
• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure

What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of sales experience (HVAC, construction, or home services preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-starter with a "hunter" mentality
• Ability to work independently and stay disciplined
• Experience reading estimates, scopes, or construction plans is a plus
• Valid driver's license
