Role Description
The Residential HVAC Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position located in North Carolina, United States. The role involves engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, presenting tailored HVAC solutions, and guiding them through the sales process. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships with clients while meeting sales targets and contributing to the organization's growth. Responsibilities also include preparing quotes, following up on leads, and collaborating with the installation and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Proven sales skills, with expertise in closing deals and consulting with customers to identify personalized solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build long-term customer relationships
- Knowledge of HVAC systems or a willingness to learn technical product and service details
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and follow-ups
- An understanding of the residential HVAC market and experience in B2C sales is a plus
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and digital tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer records
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or HVAC preferred
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client locations
