What You'll Do
As an HVAC Maintenance Account Manager, you'll focus on developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with commercial and industrial clients in the HVAC and plumbing industry.
- Conduct cold outreach (phone and in-person) to generate leads
- Meet with property managers, business owners, and decision-makers
- Navigate gatekeepers and secure meetings with key contacts
- Identify and qualify commercial service agreement opportunities
- Use tools and data to target properties and time your outreach effectively
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

What You Bring
- Prior sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong time management and self-motivation
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems
- Background in technical or product sales
- Experience estimating construction or service projects
