The Opportunity
This role is designed for experienced HVAC service professionals who are comfortable:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems
- Clearly explaining findings and solutions to homeowners
- Presenting options that allow customers to make informed decisions
- Performing high-quality repairs and system improvements
- Owning the job from start to finish

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic ability and technical knowledge
- A track record of solid performance and customer satisfaction
- Confidence in communicating with homeowners and presenting solutions
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
