This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the analytical side of estimating and staying connected to how projects actually come together in the field. Our team is known for taking on complex projects and delivering high-quality results while building long-term client relationships.What You'll DoThis role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects while supporting coordination once projects are awarded. You will review drawings, specifications, and bid documents, perform detailed labor and material takeoffs, and develop competitive, well-defined proposals within bid timelines. You'll work closely with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing, clarify scope, and ensure complete and accurate estimates. After the project award, you'll assist with coordination tasks, including RFIs, submittals, job cost tracking, procurement support, and maintaining organized project documentation.
