The business generates ~$55M in regional revenue across Eastern Tennessee and operates as part of a broader $1.1B organization that has completed multiple acquisitions over the past five years.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth, performance, and team development across a multi-branch territory.
The Role
You will lead and develop a team of 7 direct reports (Outside Sales Representatives) across 6 branches, with full responsibility for regional sales performance and market expansion.
The business currently operates with a 70% parts/supplies and 30% equipment split, with a clear strategic focus on increasing equipment sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing outside sales team
- Drive new business growth with residential HVAC contractors
- Increase market penetration and expand equipment sales mix
- Recruit, onboard, and train top sales talent
- Implement scalable sales processes and performance metrics
- Partner closely with executive leadership on regional strategy and execution
- Oversee a $55M P&L across the territory
