We are seeking a Mechanical Designer with expertise in HVAC to support design efforts and project development. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of progressive experience in HVAC design and 3D modeling, along with strong technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and construction methods.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing tasks across multiple projects, effectively communicating technical information both orally and in writing, and coordinating document verification with technical teams. The candidate must be able to develop and maintain technical drawings, operating documents, and historical data.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Revit and Smart Plant, working with point clouds and multi-discipline 3D modeling software, familiarity with Trane Trace or similar programs, and DOE work experience.
