Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC industry
- Valid Driver's License
- HVAC License or willingness to pursue Journeyman status
- Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems including troubleshooting and repair
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional demeanor
- Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment safely
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain an organized work vehicle equipped with necessary tools and parts to efficiently complete service calls
