Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician(s) with minimum 4 years' experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and function efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems.
- Collaborate with other technicians to design efficient HVAC solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Assist in the training of junior staff members as needed.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Ability to plumb, weld, and perform equipment repairs as necessary.
- Strong mechanical skills with experience in air conditioning systems.
- Familiarity with field service operations related to HVAC installations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the HVAC industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
- Work in Multi-Family and Commercial settings.
