All Year Cooling is seeking a high-performing, revenue-driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales division. This role is responsible for driving top-line revenue, improving close rates, and building a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential HVAC sales, team leadership, and performance management, with a focus on accountability and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of HVAC comfort advisors and sales representatives
- Drive revenue growth increase average ticket and improve overall sales performance
- Monitor key performance indicators including close rate revenue per lead and conversion ratios
- Conduct ride alongs and one on one coaching to improve sales techniques and performance
- Ensure high value solutions are consistently presented to customers
- Collaborate with marketing and dispatch to maintain strong lead flow and proper lead distribution
- Maintain accountability through regular performance reviews and reporting
- Train and develop team members on sales process financing options and customer communication
- Assist in closing high value opportunities and handle escalated sales situations
- Utilize ServiceTitan to track performance reporting and pipeline management
- Partner with leadership on pricing strategies promotions and growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC sales management or similar leadership role
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
- Experience managing and developing high performing sales teams
- Excellent leadership communication and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive results
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
