Job Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Estimator with a proven track record in both commercial and residential projects. You will assess project requirements, analyze mechanical drawings, estimate costs, and provide detailed proposals. Your insights will directly influence our bidding process and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate job estimates.
• Calculate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure comprehensive bids.
• Develop and deliver cost proposals to clients, ensuring competitive and profitable margins.
• Stay current on industry costs, trends, and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HVAC estimator (commercial and residential).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and building codes.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates under deadlines.
