Pay: $90,000 - $205,000+ total annual earnings (base + commission)
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional extended hours based on project needs
Location: In-office with local travel to job sites and customers

This role is ideal for someone who
understands both the technical and financial sides of commercial HVAC projects. You'll be involved early in the process, helping shape system design, develop accurate estimates, and position projects to be won and executed successfully. T
his is not a back-office estimating role. You will work directly with customers, contractors, and internal teams to drive projects forward.
In this role, you will
develop HVAC system concepts and designs based on project requirements,
prepare detailed and accurate estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs, and review plans and specifications to fully understand project scope. You will identify value-engineering opportunities, collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing, and build proposals that are both competitive and profitable. You will also work closely with project managers to ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to execution, while maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the process.
We are looking for someone with a
strong foundation in commercial HVAC systems who can think both technically and strategically. You should have experience with system design, estimating, or project support in a commercial environment, and be comfortable reading construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A valid driver's license is required.
Candidates who stand out in this role typically have experience working on design-build projects, understand commercial building codes and construction processes, and are comfortable working directly with general contractors, owners, and design teams. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality will set you apart.
