The Role:
You will be the first tech under our new Division Lead (starting soon). This is a residential service role where you'll run calls independently from day one, helping establish the operating rhythm of a brand-new team.

The Pay Package
· Base Hourly: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour for an experienced journeyman.
· Apprentice Rate: $24–$28/hr for apprentices (must be capable of running calls solo).
Must-Have Qualifications
· Experience: Journeyman-level residential HVAC tech. Must be capable of running calls solo from day one.
· Mentorship: Cannot need heavy mentoring. The Division Lead won't have bandwidth to hold your hand while also building the operation.
· Background Check: Clean record required.
· Location: Must live near Columbia, MO.
· Tech Comfort: Comfortable with iPads and adopting new systems
