We are a local, family owned HVAC company looking to fill a lead install position! We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, be a team player and who has great communication skills!
We install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and air quality products and create a great customer experience! We are also the Treasure Valley's leader in Ductless heat pumps.
You MUST have a desire to learn and grow, and show your dedication to our company.
We offer training and classes to help you grow in the HVAC Industry, and will pay for your tuition so that you can get your Idaho HVAC Journeyman License if you do not already have it!
You need to be smart, interested in success, take pride in your work, dependable, mechanically inclined and like to help people.
The applicant must

- Have dependable transportation
- Live within 30 minutes of Boise/Nampa ID.
- Clean criminal record
