Commercial HVAC - Territory Manager
Orlando, FL | $90,000–$110,000 Base + Commission
Top Performers: $150K–$200K+
Mostly Remote | Field-Based | Monthly Travel Allowance
We’re partnering with a long standing and successful HVAC company to hire a high-performing Account Executive focused on commercial HVAC solutions. This is a growth role designed for a true hunter who can manage a substantial book of business and close complex mechanical projects.
If you know how to walk job sites, read blueprints, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue this is a strong long-term opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do- Own the full sales cycle for commercial HVAC service agreements, retrofits, replacements, and construction projects
- Manage and grow a book of business with $2M+ expected annual revenue
- Generate new leads, build pipeline, and actively pursue new business
- Conduct site visits, assess HVAC needs, and review project scope
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and scopes of work
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms
What We’re Looking For- 3+ years of commercial HVAC, mechanical, or related industry sales experience
- Proven ability to manage and grow a multimillion-dollar book of business
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Comfortable reading blueprints and technical documentation
- Outgoing, proactive sales professional who generates and follows up on leads
- Experience preparing estimates and proposals
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
