HVAC Project Manager
Location: On-site | Torrance, CA
Our client is a well-established, family-run mechanical contractor that has delivered high-quality HVAC solutions to commercial customers across Southern California for more than four decades. Their tight-knit team combines old-school craftsmanship with modern project controls, earning repeat business on everything from tenant-improvement retrofits to multimillion-dollar ground-up builds. As business volume grows, they are investing in the next generation of project leadership—offering hands-on mentorship, private offices, and a clear path to advancement.
As the HVAC Project Manager you will take full ownership of small to mid-sized commercial projects, steering them from pre-construction through close-out while learning directly from a Senior PM who manages the firm’s marquee jobs. Your success will immediately lighten senior bandwidth, protect margins, and deepen client relationships—positioning you for larger, more complex work as you grow.
