We are actively seeking a high-level HVAC/R professional with strong refrigeration expertise to join our Residential New Construction (RNC) Service Division.
This is not an entry- or mid-level role. We are seeking a seasoned technician who can confidently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex HVAC and refrigeration issues, particularly within high-end residential environments where precision and professionalism are essential.
Due to increased demand from priority clients, we need a technician who can step in immediately, take ownership of service calls, and represent our company at the highest level.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Handle complex service calls independently
- Support high-value residential and RNC clients
- Ensure systems operate at peak efficiency and reliability
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and builders
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC/R experience (senior level required)
- Strong refrigeration troubleshooting background
- EPA Certification (required)
- Proven diagnostic skillset — not a parts changer
- Experience with Mitsubishi systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional presence with high-end clientele
