_ Responsibilities _
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
Perform detailed maintenances.
Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out as an orderly HVAC Service Technician.
Keep your truck inventory up to date.
Properly complete paperwork.
Join the on-call rotation as an HVAC Service Technician.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Have and maintain a clean driving record.
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
_ Desired Skills and Experience _
HVAC repair and service experience
NATE certification preferred
EPA Type 2 or higher required.
Plumbing experience a plus.
Mechanically inclined
Comfortable making recommendations about needed repairs and replacement services as an HVAC Service Technician.
Ability to present the price to customer and collect payment while on site
Team player
Ability to multitask to support a growing, family-oriented business
Clean motor vehicle record
Minimum of 4 years HVAC experience required.
