Experienced HVAC Sales Consultant earning
over $250K annually, where you’ll guide homeowners toward smarter, more efficient comfort solutions. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in
HVAC equipment, water heaters, and indoor air quality solutions to deliver trusted, whole-home recommendations.
The ideal candidate brings at least
1 year of HVAC sales experience and a strong grasp of
building science and weatherization strategies. You should be a
detail-oriented professional who can pass all screenings, hold a clean driving record, and
thrive on helping clients make informed decisions.
Position Overview
Pay:
Earn $250k+ Per/Year
Hours:
- Full-Time, depending on the season
- Monday - Friday with On-Call weekend shifts
- Four 12-hour days

Position Requirements
- Minimum 1 year HVAC Sales Experience
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, indoor air quality, ERVs, dehumidifiers, HEPA systems, building science, and weatherization
- High School diploma; College or Technical diploma preferred
- Need to be able to pass drug test, background check and MVR
- Must have a driver’s license and clean driving record
