Position Summary
The HVAC Parts Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our HVAC service and installation teams by managing parts inventory, coordinating ordering and returns, and ensuring technicians have the materials they need to complete jobs efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Order, track, and receive HVAC parts and equipment for service and install teams
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and organize stock in the warehouse
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Issue parts to technicians and track usage
- Process returns, warranties, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records in inventory and work order systems
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Communicate proactively to prevent job delays due to parts availability
Qualifications
- HVAC parts, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and materials strongly preferred
- Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable using inventory, dispatch, and basic computer systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
