Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to join the growing team. In this role, you will help expand the company's footprint across the commercial markets by developing new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering tailored HVAC solutions that solve real operational challenges.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to facility managers, property managers, manufacturing leaders, and commercial decision-makers—guiding them through system assessments, presenting value-driven proposals, and ensuring a seamless experience from first conversation to project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and close HVAC opportunities within assigned territories.
- Leverage established industry relationships to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Maintain and grow an existing book of business by nurturing repeat clients and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with operations and project teams to ensure customer needs are met from proposal through project completion.
- Conduct site visits, system assessments, and presentations to support sales opportunities and demonstrate technical expertise.
- Understand each customer’s business priorities and communicate in terms that align with their goals.
- Prepare, review, and finalize detailed proposals, securing client commitment to our solution.
- Conduct customer kick-off meetings, address concerns, create pull-through opportunities, manage service agreement renewals, and support collections when needed.
- Keep management informed of all sales activity, progress, and account status
Qualifications:
- Background in HVAC or mechanical service sales or related technical service roles.
- Demonstrated success in retrofit, service, or project sales.
- Must have commercial or industrial sales experience
- Strong technical understanding of building HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
