Position Details:
Job Title: Senior Manager of Maintenance
Location: Kenilworth, NJ – 100% on site
Schedule: Mon – Fri (1st shift) 8am – 5pm or 7am – 4pm (roughly)
Must have experience managing multiple facilities (will be responsible for 4 locations)
These are the 4 locations of Client– this role will be based at Kenilworth – but will travel to the other 3 locations as needed:
- Primary - Kenilworth, NJ 07033, US.
- Newark, NJ 07104, US
- Freeport, NY 11520, US
- Wyandanch, NY 11798, US
Required Skills & Experience:
- Highly prefer Food Manufacturing industry experience
- Hands on technical mechanical experience
- Hands on HVAC experience
- Must have experience creating a preventative maintenance program and getting it up and running in a facility
- Must have experience with electrical
- Must be EPA 608 certified
- Must have experience with vendor management
- Must have experience leading a team including contractors and full-time regular employees.
