Growing company with 4 locations in the US currently recruiting for a Senior Manager of Maintenance.
Key Skills:
Strong management experience, people development and conflict resolution. Experience overseeing PM and Predictive Maintenance schedules using CMMS.
Maintain compliance at all facilities with OSHA, FDA, USDA, EA and FDNY.
Experience managing Vendor and 3rd party providers.
Overseeing operation and upkeep of HVAC, refrigeration, steam boilers, air compressors, fire protection systems, electrical infrastructure and mechanical equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Advanced certifications in maintenance or operations (CPMM, Six Sigma, TPM) preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive maintenance experience in an industrial or food manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years in a supervisory or senior management role overseeing facilities, maintenance teams, and capital projects.
- Knowledge of high-tension electrical systems, refrigeration, high-pressure steam boilers, HVAC, compressors, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with CMMS, Building Management Systems (BMS), Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
