Summary Of Position
Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our customers and pursue work with new customers in conjunction with our market focus. As potential projects are selected, work with Preconstruction Team to obtain plans and specifications and prepare labor and material estimates; advising President of potential bid strategies; tracking final costs for future estimating purposes.
Requirements To Work In This Role
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Construction Management or HVAC/R required
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry trends
- Willingness to travel as needed to support sales territory
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Excellent organizational skills
