🚀 The Opportunity
As Director of Service Sales, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and grow the service sales team.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the footprint across commercial, institutional, and industrial markets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored HVAC service solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
