We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily and commercial mechanical projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of mechanical construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
- Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership and clients
